This is to remind members of staff that deductions for the new Contributory Pension Act (Pension Reform Act) has commenced both in the Lagos State Government Secretariat Alausa, Ikeja  and in other Parastatals since April 2007, except Lagos State University.

 Members of staff are hereby reminded that deductions of the fund will commence in the University from June 2007.

On account of this members of staff are urged to submit their Personal Identification Number (PIN) to the Bursary Department on or before 30th June 2007.

Any member of staff who fails to submit his/her PIN Number will have his/her money credited to “LASU Pension Escrow Accounts”until such staff presents his/her PIN Number.

However, staff should note that this account is without interest.
