CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STUDY LEAVE, LEAVE OF ABSENCE AND SABBATICAL LEAVE FOR THE 2007/2008 SESSION

Applications are invited from interested members of Senior Administrative and Technical Staff who wish to proceed on Study Leave/Sabbatical Leave/ Leave of Absence for the 2007/2008 Academic Session.

The leave is expected to take effect from 1st October, 2007.

At its meeting of 20th February, 2007 the Appointments and Promotions (Administrative and Technical) Committee decided that such applications will be considered at its meeting of 17th July, 2007. Applications not processed by this date will NOT be entertained.

Members of the Senior Staff (Admin. & Tech.) should note, for emphasis, that such applications will be considered at the only meeting scheduled for this purpose i.e. the meeting of 17th July, 2007.

Applications for Study Leave/Sabbatical Leave should be accompanied with Letter of Admission/Letter from Host Institution, as may be applicable.

Application forms can be obtained from the Office of the Staff Welfare and Training (Room 010).

Deadline for submission of application forms – 22nd June, 2007.
